Dr. Fisch opened his dental practice in Ventura, CA in 1980. His vision was to provide the most modern, expert and caring approach to patient care. This vision is translated into a practice utilizing the most advanced technology and the highest quality dental materials to ensure outstanding dental health for all patients.
Research continues to demonstrate that dental health is inextricably linked with general health care, and with that in mind, Dr. Fisch takes special pride in the provision of comprehensive dental care – from screening and prevention to cosmetic and full mouth restoration. In addition, Dr. Fisch has:

- Advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, including bleaching and smile design
- A special interest in treating the whole family
Dr. Bryan D. Fisch received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in Analysis and Conservation of Ecosystems, in 1976. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1980. Because he is a graduate of both UCLA and USC, Dr. Fisch has the honor and privilege to claim “his team won” whenever these two schools compete against one another.
Dr. Fisch is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry and the California Dental Association.
Dr. Fisch lives in Ventura with his wife of 34 years, Dr. Carrie Rothstein-Fisch, a professor at California State University Northridge. He is the proud father of Jonathan and Ariana and father-in-law to Ariana’s husband, Greggory.
Dr. Mizraji joined Dr. Fisch in 1994. He has been practicing in Ventura County since 1989. He is committed to offering the most up-to-date technology and dental materials available. Dr. Mizraji has spent the first part of his career working in one of the top cosmetic practices in the country. He uses this extensive knowledge and experience to improve the appearance and smile of his patients. He keeps his clinical skills current through many hours of continuing education seminars.
Alex G. Mizraji received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1980. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry in 1984. He completed a general practice residency at the Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Downey, CA in 1985.
Dr. Mizraji is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry and the California Dental Association.
Dr. Mizraji lives in Ventura. He is the proud father of Kelly, Julie and Jacob. He loves to snow ski, play basketball and spend much of his free time with his children.
